sore muscles today.havent used those muscles in months so im not surprised. itīs comin up to the easter weekend here so ppl have arrived in throngs and the streets r absolutely packed around where we live..nice vibe about the place and weather is due to be nice too so thatīs an extra bonus.

went for a short run in the afternoon and headed to the cinema..our weekly cinema night...haha..home in the lovely couch bed at 1!film wasnt great though..international agent!
