up at 9 as per usual...big breakie and fresh fruit salad included in that...we are building up our immune system here for sure. we went horseback riding in the mountains for 4 hours...just myself, ailise and the guide....the landscape is so beautiful here-green everywhere...

the 1st stop was a house where they made cigars...we got to try it too...it tasted quite nice cos he put some honey at the top but it wouldnt be something id try again..we didnt get to stay very long though cos it turns out that what they were doing was illegal and the police were coming so we had to move fairly lively..haha...

from here we went the caves...the heat was something else outside so it was nice to go down into the caves...ailise wasnt feeling so good so she didnt come along so it was just me and the guide...a bit risky but i thought he seemed ok...saw some stalatite and mites and some limestone formations but it was so dark down there...i surprised myself goin there cos it is quite claustrophobic...i got into a natural pool of freezing water..there was some muck on the rock which he said that if u rubbed into ur skin that it made it all smooth..he rubbed it on...dont know if he was lyin or not but i let him...stayed there for half an hour and then made our way back through the freezing water...got back to the house at 3ish...

there is a storm outside now so i am glad that we got back when we did..waiting for dinner now..yum!!!
